DEFECTS RECTIFICATION

Unless the defects rectification process is well managed, the client can be frustrated with months of inconvenience whilst the minor defects are attended to by the builder.
Our approach is to conduct regular inspections during the course of the construction phase, to facilitate rectification of minor defects progressively in lieu of leaving them to the end.

REMEDIAL WORK

Our remedial building activities include high-quality repair, rehabilitation, corrosion protection, and maintenance. We provide these services for a broad range of buildings and structures, from residential apartment buildings to heavy industrial facilities, in the manufacturing and utility industries. Projects typically range in value from $200k to $10m.

Shop Drawings – for approval prior to commencement
Schedule of Works – timelines updated weekly
Weekly Reports (with photos) – to track progress on & off-site
Handover Folder – on practical completion – contains all certificates, construction drawings, as-built drawings, and maintenance manuals.

Our highly experienced structural and civil engineers and CAD drafting staff manage all project aspects from detailed guidance to the consultant group and clients on construction options, active coordination, detailed design, site inspection and certification through to asset maintenance planning, forensic investigations and building repairs.
